During this 1 day workshop, I will teach you all the skills needed for you to create a lovely Stretch Jersey Tube Dress, with your choice of sleeve length and the option of a scoop or ‘V’ neckline.
There will be an opportunity of using an Overlock Machine if you would like to try it.
You will need to provide the fabric for your dress.

On this 4½ hour workshop I will teach you all the skills needed for you to create your own beautiful Stretch Jersey Sleeveless Top, with a flattering Cowl Neckline.
Working from a pattern drafted by me, I will show you how to handle and cut this tricky fabric, and experiment with new sewing techniques.
You will learn how to familiarise yourself with the stretch stitches on a domestic sewing machine in order to assemble your Top.
There will be an opportunity of using an Industrial Overlock Machine if you would like to try it.
The fabric for your top is provided. There will be a wide selection of printed or plain jersey fabrics available for you to choose from.

Keep your little one cosy in this trendy sweat top. On this one-day workshop, you will work from a pattern designed and drafted by me, and learn all the skills to make this top. It has a Funnel Neck with a Drawstring and a roomy Kangaroo Pocket. The pattern is available in sizes 3 years to 10 years. This course is suitable for beginners, with knowledge of using a sewing machine.
Please bring plain or printed fleece fabric or sweatshirt fabric for your top.
You will need 1 metre for sizes 3-5; 1.10 metre for size 6; 1.20 metre for sizes 7-10.
You will also need to bring 1 metre of cord for the drawstring.

During this one-day workshop, you will learn the skills to make this lovely Skirt. I will provide a commercial pattern for the skirt, which can be made in 2 lengths. It has waist darts on the front and back, a back zip fastening and a waist facing. You will need to bring fabric for your Skirt. Cottons, Linen, Denim and Corduroy are all suitable, either printed or plain, which ever you prefer. You will also need to bring a 20cm Zip.

Suitable for those with prior knowledge of sewing machines, and commercial garment patterns.
